Belfast, worth noticing.

Belfast Times is an independent online magazine about experiencing the city.

We explore what to do, where to eat, what’s happening on stage and the things you might otherwise walk past.

From a new restaurant or a night at the theatre to an old shopfront, a market morning or something unexpected happening on a Belfast street, Belfast Times is driven by curiosity about the place we live.

Our regular features include On The Belfast Radar, highlighting things worth knowing about; Belfast Noticed, looking at the details of the city; At The Table, exploring Belfast’s food scene; Belfast Pantry, celebrating local ingredients and simple recipes; and 30 Minutes at…, spending a little time observing one place in the city.

Founded in 2011, Belfast Times has grown from a Belfast blog into an independent digital publication, reaching readers through our website, social channels and magazine.

Alongside the editorial side of Belfast Times, we create our own collection of Belfast inspired cards, prints, coasters and gifts, designed in Belfast and available online and from our stall at St George’s Market.
