Ideas for World Wellness Week

Happy Monday!

The last week in June is World Wellness Week…a week dedicated to promoting mental, physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

🌊 Do something this week to benefit your wellbeing, that could be a walk in a forest, a paddle in the sea, walk barefoot on grass. It could be a goal to drink more water every day or increase your daily steps.

👥 You could do something to help in your community, pick up litter, check in on a neighbour, do something for a neighbour.

🧠 You could start a conversation with someone about stress and mental health. 

Here are some daily options:

🗓️ Motivational Monday: Do something that starts the week off with you feeling motivated. That can be something as simple as setting out your walking shoes so you are more motivated to go for a walk at lunchtime or in the evening.

🗓️Tasty Tuesday: Eat better today. Maybe a no sugar day. How does that make you feel?

🗓️Wonderful Wednesday: What normally makes you feel wonderful? Do that today.

🗓️Thoughtful Thursday: Do something for someone else. Be thoughtful and considerate. Make their day.

🗓️Fun Friday: Do something fun to help you or someone else feel good.
