Nestled in the heart of County Kildare, Lawlor’s of Naas seamlessly blends old-world grandeur with contemporary flair, creating a hotel experience that feels indulgent yet refreshingly individual. We recently stayed overnight and, from the moment we stepped through its ornate doors, were met with a sense of character and charm that is increasingly rare in modern hotels.
The interiors are a visual delight with antique accents, striking artworks and beautifully restored furnishings come together to form a distinctive, quirky atmosphere. Our room was generously sized and thoughtfully styled, featuring plush furnishings, a sumptuous bed and modern comforts that invited immediate relaxation.
Perfectly positioned in the centre of Naas, the hotel offers easy access to the town’s shops, artisan cafés and historic streets. After exploring, we returned for dinner, where locally sourced ingredients are elevated into dishes of exceptional quality. The menu was proudly local, complemented by service that was polished yet warm and personable.
The following morning brought a generous and delicious breakfast, served with the same excellent hospitality.
Lawlor’s of Naas is more than just a place to stay, it’s a destination in its own right, where heritage and contemporary comfort meet. An ideal choice for discerning travellers seeking something elegant, distinctive and delightfully quirky.
