Review: Belfast Actually 2

This local take on the now Christmas classic film by Richard Curtis, finds three unlikely couples searching for love at Christmas.

Audiences will enjoy watching these apparently miss-matched twosomes develop their romances around the shenanigans of ‘The Farmer Wants a Wife Christmas Festival’, with witty banter and some very fine singing from the strong local cast.

Highly amusing from the outset, the East 17 homage has to be seen to be believed, take my word for it.

As expected for a show of this nature, audiences can anticipate strong language and sexual references throughout; however, the highly talented cast ensure the overall experience is highly entertaining.

On until the 3rd January 2026; if you are desirous of a festive giggle make sure to head to the Theatre at the Mill.
