The Mash Direct Belfast City Marathon is one of the leading marathons in the UK and Ireland and is an AIMS certified and 2023 World Athletics Label Road Race.

The Belfast event is renowned for the incredible local support and crowds to cheer you on throughout your 26.2 miles. We’ve done it so we know all about the support along the route.
The Mash Direct Belfast City Marathon will start at Stormont Estate at 9am and finish on Ormeau Embankment. The race takes in South, East, North and West of Belfast. The Team Relay will follow the same route as the Marathon and Wheelchair race, while the 8 Mile Walk follows a similar route for the first 8 miles before finishing on Ormeau Embankment.
