Dog Friendly Public Art Trail Tour of Armagh

Now that spring is officially upon us, it’s time for you and your pooch to get outside and explore the great outdoors, picturesque landscapes, iconic history and top-class arts in the Cathedral City, where modern day Armagh is built against a rich backdrop of antiquity as seen through its iconic buildings and public street art.

For those looking for dog-friendly activities in the Armagh region this spring, look no further, as on Friday 31 March at 2:30pm, you can explore Armagh on foot and see the city like you’ve never seen before.

The two-hour long tour, spanning over one mile, passes by some of Armagh’s most iconic streets to enjoy and discover some of the city’s most renowned public art including the Turning Point, the Memorial to Armagh’s Railway Disaster, For the Love of Emer, Armagh Markets & Fair Days, the Star Stone, the Angel & Gargoyle Trail and the Celestial Sphere. To finish of the tour, enjoy a drink of your choice with the group in the courtyard at the Charlemont Arms Hotel. 

 
Meeting Point:  2pm, Boer War Memorial, opposite the Cannon, The Mall, Armagh
Finishing Point: Charlemont Arms Hotel, Upper English Street, BT61 7LB
Duration of the Tour:  Approx. 2 hours
Price:  £10 per person, with dogs free admission. The ticket price includes guided walk followed by a drink of your choice in the outdoor Courtyard area of the Charlemont Arms Hotel.
