Belfast Restaurant Week finale in St George’s Market

Belfast Restaurant Week 2023 will be holding show stopping finale, the Chef Demos, at St Georges Market on Saturday 25th & Sunday 26th February.

Hosted by Pamela Ballentine, there will be lots of mouth-watering dishes being made from some of Belfast's most talented Chefs! You don't want to miss this fabulous foodie event!

SATURDAY 25TH FEBRUARY

11am – Stevie Dowie from La Taqueria will be making;

Beef Birria – slow cooked beef in bone broth with smoky guaillo chillis stuffed inside 2 doubled up corn tortillas with melty cheese , coriander and spring onion. Fried until crispy.

Guacamole especial – La Taqueria house guacamole with a few extra toppings. Arbol salsa, home made quaso and toasted pumpkin seeds.

 

12pm – Danny Millar from Stock Bar & Kitchen will be making;
Seared scallops, black pudding and potato terrine, Armagh purple sprouting broccoli, roast apples

SUNDAY 26TH FEBRUARY

11am – Andrew Cassling from Tetto will be making;
Local mussels, crevettes in a putnesca sauce, red wine, extra virgin olive oil

12pm – Jarron Watson O’Neill & Artur From 2Taps Wine bar will be making;

Octopus Salad and Paella Valenciana
