4 Corners Festival Invites Belfast on a Shared ‘Journey’

The 4 Corners Festival returns to venues across Belfast from January 30 to February 8, 2026, with the theme Journey. Now in its 14th year, the festival encourages people to step beyond Belfast’s physical and psychological “corners”, fostering peace, wellbeing and connection across the city.

The free programme spans conversation, music, comedy, drama, exhibitions, workshops, schools and sport, reflecting journeys both outward across places and inward through reflection, growth and change. Co-founders Rev Steve Stockman and Father Martin Magill emphasise the festival’s unique blend of sacred and secular, its openness to partnership beyond church walls, and its focus on welcome, friendship and building relationships across divides shaped by the legacy of the Troubles.

Highlights include city-centre exhibitions, cross-city events, youth-focused programmes, broadcast services and talks by Bishop Rose Hudson-Wilkin and Dr Jemar Tisby. Through shared experiences, Journey invites reflection on personal and collective change towards renewal for Belfast and its communities.

All events are free to attend. To find out the full lineup of the festival and to book your tickets go to 4cornersfestival.com
