The Supreme Award went to Fish City, Belfast, recognised for its sustainable sourcing, quality, and innovation. Fish City also won the Tourism Sustainability Award. Alastair Bell (Irish Black Butter, Portrush) received Sweet & Savoury Producer of the Year, while Bangor’s Underground Dining won the public-voted Food Lovers’ Choice Award. Other winners included Ashford Castle (5-Star Hotel of the Year), Ballymaloe House Hotel (Culinary Haven of the Year), and Linnalla Farm Pure Irish Ice Cream (Overall Producer of the Year). Veronica Molloy (Crossogue Preserves) received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
With hundreds of entries and thousands of public votes, winners were selected for excellence, sustainability, and local sourcing, reflecting Ireland’s rich culinary heritage.
