Celebrity chef Jean Christophe Novelli returned to Belfast this week as AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast showcased its summer food and drink offering and introduced two new senior appointments.
The event took place on The Terrace at City Quays, where guests sampled seasonal menus and saw the return of the Terrace Airstream, which serves Belfast Coffee Company refreshments throughout the week.
Novelli, whose name is behind Novelli at City Quays, said he remains committed to developing the restaurant’s offering alongside the hotel team.
The event also marked the introduction of Michael Sheppard as Deputy General Manager and William Mills as Executive Head Chef. Mills will oversee the continued development of the hotel’s food offering, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and new menus.
Paula Stuart, General Manager of AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast, said the hotel was pleased to welcome Novelli back and showcase its summer offering.
Located on the banks of the River Lagan, AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast offers accommodation, dining and event spaces in the City Quays development, attracting both local visitors and overnight guests.
